About
Juliet
I absolutely love photography and so I simply adore my job!
I also love sunshine, fun, adventure and when possible travel. Also high on the list of faves are sunshine, gin and tonic (not with camera in hand of course!), sweet potato, horse riding on sand dunes, deep-sea fishing, tractors, and helicopters.
I've been lucky enough to work in Botswana for a safari company, travel extensively in southern Africa and South East Asia as well as explore a few other parts of the world too. My favourite colour is orange.
The reassuring bits
I'm a Licentiate of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers as well as a Licentiate of International Nature & Wildlife Photographers. I have won awards for my photography through both societies, as well as having my work published in wedding magazines, and in travel and wildlife publications for Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Mozambique.

I started out 10 years ago as an architectural photographer and now focus (sorry, couldn’t resist!) on family portraits and weddings.
And I still do commercial photography such as product shoots, fashion, music as well as corporate head shots and events.
Besides photography my other loves are music - from jazz and hip-hop to loud rock (I wanted to be a pop star and still play bass), fashion, 2CVs (I’ve owned two), Nikon, light, learning, teaching, and custard creams.
I’ve been married for seven years and we have two boys aged three and five. Before they arrived we travelled extensively (together with my Nikon) to Australia, New Zealand, Fiji, Rarotonga, and Hawaii.
The reassuring bits
I studied Art and Design at Amersham Art College in Buckinghamshire and I’m a Member of the Society of Wedding & Portrait Photographers.

My love of photography goes as far back as I can remember. I had work entered into a contest when I was about 5 years old and I was asked what I wanted to be when I grew up. I said I wanted to a photographer.
Even since then my camera has been my best friend. I grew up taking photos of everything from holiday landscapes to embarrassing shots of my friends (which they did not appreciate).
Now it’s my job I enjoy working with and meeting new people of all ages. And I love to think I’m keeping their memories alive through my images.
I love travelling and experiencing different cultures and really enjoyed New York and Egypt. I plan to travel more of the world over the next few years hand in hand with my Canon.
However, I equally like going to the gym, chilling in on the sofa with the duvet and a chick flick.
And I love cows and anything cow print, penguins, purple and green, shopping, and dancing.
