Lycra, cupcakes, kettlebells, roller blades, ballet shoes, ViPR tubes, sunshine, champagne and far too much fun! Nope, this wasn’t an 80’s fancy dress night, this was the seriously brilliant marketing photo shoot over in Limehouse in East London with the über cool Kate Burrows Personal Trainers.
You might have caught the video with a little behind the scenes snippet of the girlies warming up for their shoot, which was a real giggle.
What this crew doesn’t know about fitness and personal training beggars the imagination! From climbing mountains to completing marathons and triathlons, these personal trainers are as fit as fiddles and it goes without saying that as well providing the best training for their clients (including some celebrities… but of course that is all très hush-hush!) they make the sessions loads of fun.
I joined the gang one sunny lunchtime last week so got loads of great photos of them in action doing their ‘thing’. It was such a pleasure to photograph the fun bunch and really great to see that they all clearly absolutely loved what they did. Their energy was so infectious that they convinced me to join them for a bit of a charity sporting adventure with them next year so more will be revealed in 2014.
After the fun photo session in the park we headed back for some post-shoot cupcakes and celebratory champagne……ever so civilized and right up my street!
But before I go, anyone over East London way, go get trained by the Kate Burrows Personal Training professionals, because they absolutely rock………FACT!

A big HELLO and thanks for having a peek at the blog! So a little bit about me.........well I absolutely love the wonderful world of photography. I'm lucky enough to work with great people and at each shoot make sure that we have fun whilst getting great photos. I'm based in the UK where I photograph a lot of weddings and lifestyle shoots but also get to travel to far flung destination for a spot of travel, wildlife and car photography.
I'm a Licentiate of the Society of Wedding and Portrait Photographers as well as a Licentiate of International Nature & Wildlife Photographers and have won awards for my photography. My work has been published in national newspapers, wedding magazines, travel guide books, blogs and wildlife publications.
