I caught up with the delightful Emily and Stephen for their engagement shoot. It was a beautiful, warm summer’s evening over in Hampstead Heath, making it perfect conditions for their photo session.
We strolled in and around the park, which is a photographer’s paradise as there are so many wonderful vistas and features to incorporate into the photos. From rustic fences and fallen logs, long grass (I LOVE long grass in photos!) and wooden benches to the incredible views over London at the top of Parliament Hill the venue was perfect!
We actually ended up having quite a long trek around the park and intended to finish up at the beautiful Kenwood House, but unfortunately it was closed by the time we got there, so definitely next time Emily!
Emily and Stephen were really excited about their engagement shoot and did admit to being a little nervous, because like almost all of my wedding couples, they’d never had a professional photo shoot together before. The pre-shoot Pimms clearly helped put them at ease because in no time at all they were laughing and joking around like they’d been doing it for years!
The shoot was so much fun and as you can see and the light was incredible > Emily and Stephen, thanks for a wonderful afternoon, great to catch up with you and hear all your exciting wedding news and not long to go now! x
