Madagascar baobab photo needs your vote please…… closes 29.02.12!!!

By julietlemon February 28 2012 - 01.18 AM

Many of you know from my blog posts I was fortunate enough to spent November last year in Madagascar where I had an incredible time exploring the country.  Whilst there I did a couple of photographic assignments for some charities and one of them was Feedback Madagascar and part of the irphotographic brief was to photograph the baobab trees on the west coast of Madagascar.

As a photographer, I constantly strive to capture images that are different and I really feel that this photograph is one of them.  Taken at Avenue de Baobab in Morondava, it is a popular place to visit but from what I could gather, everyone seemed to photograph from the same spot, so of course I had to find a different angle and perspective and I really feel that I have achieved that with this photograph.

I’ve entered it into the British Airways Highlife Magazine Travel Photography Competition and it is CURRENTLY 4TH OUT OF 1000 ENTRIES!!

WITH YOUR HELP IT WOULD BE GREAT TO GET IT TO 1ST PLACE!!!   WE NEED 150+ MORE 5 OUT OF 5 VOTES PLEASE!  It would be truly amazing to win, of course for me as a photographer as well as incredible exposure for the wonderful Feedback Madagascar.

(if you get stuck, click ‘most popular‘ button and my photo will appear)

If you can get your friends / family / work colleagues to vote too that would be amazing!!

Thanks a MILLION for your support xxx
